The Final Papal U.S. Presidential Election?

The 2012 U.S. Presidential election, as the final one prior to December 21, 2012, ought to be the final one led by the Papacy.

And of course note the disproprtionate amount of time spent upon the varous social issues of same sex Marriage, abortion and increasingly for 2012 contraception, the obessession with verbal gaffes as Romney's failure to include the word "resumes" in his statement about "binders of women", or Obama's use of the term "less than optimal", and of course the complete dsregard of the broader ssues as the incredbly costly and intrusive "drug war."
