The visit shall come as part of a visit to Europe starting March 24-25 in The Hague, Netherlands, at a Dutch government nuclear security summit, and continuing on March 26, to Brussels for an U.S.-European Union summit with the presidents of the European Council and the European Commission, and meetings with Belgian leaders and NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
No word yet as far as I can tell on how long Obama plans upon staying in Rome before returning to the United States, nor who else might be present.
