Image Over Substance- Pope Francis S.J.

The Vatican Continuing to Encourage Drug Abuse, Alcohol & Cigarettes

Our new Pope has tipped his hand by speaking out about a topic during his visit to Brazil, that I am well educated in- that alcohol-cigarette market protection protection, drug abuse promoting so-called 'war on drugs'.

'Pope' Francis is opposed even to repeal of prohibition of  plant drugs as Cannabis, Coca leaf and Opium, ostensibly going along with the archbishop of Argentina, who recently lied through his teeth stating there was no such distinction between 'soft' and 'hard' drugs, as did the like-wise liar Pope John Paul 2, quite sadly, totally ignoring matters of pharmacokinetics.  By visiting a standard drug 'rehabilitation ' clinic, pope Francis demonstrates his addiction to thought processes and concepts that don't work to improve society but rather perpetuate the problem with the market shift to 'hard' forms of drugs- e.g. crack and injected heroin rather than Coca and Opium.  Imagine replacing all forms of caffeine and nicotine as Coffee and Tobacco with white powder caffeine and nicotine.  And image then making the stuff super expensive so people take it in more concentrated doses.

Note that the Vatican ENDORSED Coca leaf wine - Vin Mariani - awarding its creator a medal as a benefactor of humanity in January of 1898 and 1904; and that it was only a few months later into 1904 that U.S. officials as Harvey Washington Wiley - Chief of the USDA Bureau of Chemistry since 1883, suddenly developed a strong interest in banning Coca.

The Vatican by pushing this criminal mercantilism scheme, including the promotion and protection of the intrinsically more dangerous substances as alcohol and especially Tobacco is guilty of massive human rights violations, public health subversion with ongoing costs in the trillions.

It is the Vatican that ultimately needs to be addressed, having its properties taken and redistributed to the many victims of this criminal market protection scheme.

Riding in an inexpensive automobile or likewise having your photograph taken washing and kissing feet is all a show.  A true reformist pope would deal with eliminating the criminal war on drugs, especially for plant drugs, as well as the sex abuse scandals, as well as denouncing the doctrine of papal infallibility and the crimes of Wlodimir Ledochowski-- and the coup of August 19/20, 1914.

Remember, my blogs will survive my death.

".......Hallo, the blogger nwotruthresearch wrote to me to know if in Redmond Washington there's a particular intelligence center. He received multiple and at the same time visits from various IP there located (as for example they were in a single office or building). I answered that probably it could have been Douglas Willinger the one who could have caused such a visit (informing other people of a post with interesting matter - But they didn't use Google translator .  ) as I thought Washington as y our city. Then I discovered that Washington is the state, not the city: "Redmond is best known as the home of Microsoft, for which Redmond has become a metonym."........".

Continuing Race Distraction

- about the race distraction from economic manipulation- like cocaine histories that focus upon the fears of Blacks without mentioning the USDA-AMA-APhA Tobacco Protectionism
- would we have ever heard of this case if it had not involved a Hispanic with a German name?
- and not a mention why Zimmermann had a gun rather than mace- if so Trayvon Martin would still be alive and not seriously injured

From  http://galatiansfour.blogspot.com/

Zimmerman Aquitted: The NWO's Use of Race

It is scary how much focus there has been on this case. When I looked at the case myself, I thought Zimmerman had a good case for self-defense taking race out of it. Did he err in continuing to follow Trayvon? Perhaps it would have been better to wait for the cops, but just walking after someone is not a crime.

When I saw a bloody picture of the back of Zimmerman's head, that one just seemed to be pictured on so called "conservative" websites, it seemed to be a clear cut case of self defense to me. Perhaps some of my readers will disagree with me but that is what I thought. If someone is banging your head against the cement, at that point you are just trying to stay alive. This week, I've had to bite my tongue a lot as I have noted the huge division between the "conservative" side that saw it as clear cut self defense and the liberal side, helped along with Obama's influence, who wanted Zimmerman locked up and the key thrown away. In other words, the reason this trial was made national was for another race-based show trial.

And since this jury acquitted him, now they are talking about turning it into a federal civil-rights case.

Are you noticing that the politicians and media seem to be doing everything in their power to FAN THE FLAMES? Or am I just imagining things?

The media turned this into a black vs. white problem but how many people by the way ignored the fact that Zimmerman is part Peruvian, and even has African American ancestry? Why did race have to enter this at all?  The case should have just dealt with via the facts and well the jury would have been privy to them all.

Sit back and think about how they are MANIPULATING people for more hatred, more anger, more division. The NWO types want their order out of chaos, so make your own conclusion. Wickedness abounds in so many places from the black panthers who are [or can be] as racist as the KKK [by the way a Jesuit founded enterprise itself] to those who seem to desire as much hatred, resentment and anger as possible. The professional race baiters and liberals such as Al Sharpton who tell "minorities" to blame all white people are setting up just as much chaos and sin as those who are overtly racist and hate anyone for the color of their skin.

THE NWO wants division against the races, it wants to use people as pawns against each other, it is the whole DIVIDE and CONQUER FORMULA. This is what I told one commenter some time ago on this board who was falling into the NWO trap of blame on one race. [scroll down to comments at link].

The inner cities were influenced by the elite just as much as any other areas of society, and there was a reason that today's rap stars who advanced a wicked agenda 20 years ago pay open and overt homage to Satan like J-Z. We all have the prison industrial complex too, 2 million in prison and counting and now the corporations can have almost free labor from among the prisoners.

All the racism and pseudo "race wars" via the NWO [left and right] and turning the races on each other in America is part of the Jesuit/NWO plan. Think about that when you see the latest show trial or watch the politicians and media FANNING THE FLAMES.

EndrTimes Hiatus

He notes that his readership has dropped off- as has that at this blog since this March, down by over 50%

He also notes the unusually large percentage of hits from Mountainview and Sunneyvale CA, which are in all likelihood relays in order to hide the identities of the viewers.

Strangely the comments at Endr Times for about the past year became 'restricted to team members'.

http://endrtimes.blogspot.com/2013/07/end-of-endrtimes_10.html

End of EndrTimes?

All good things come to an end;  And, for everything there is a season:

1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
9 What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth?
10 I have seen the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it.
11 He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
12 I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life.
13 And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God.
14 I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.
15 That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.
16 And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there.
17 I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.
18 I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts.
19 For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity.
20 All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.
21 Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth?
22 Wherefore I perceive that there is nothing better, than that a man should rejoice in his own works; for that is his portion: for who shall bring him to see what shall be after him?

My Friends and Brethren, the time has come to bid farewell due primarily to lack of funds, and dwindling readership of the blog.  If it were not for Mountain View, California and Sunnyvale, California (who are fixtures here, and also at my other blogs) there would hardly be any visitors at EndrTimes? It's down to a trickle...
Since the start of this blog it has been my main priority;  I began this blog in October of 2006 as a means to do my part to fulfill my understanding of Ezekiel 3 and 33:
Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.

When the conditions improve, and the Good Lord wills it, perhaps I will resume posting on EndrTimes; But, for now, so long...

Pope Francis Vatican Legal Overhaul

From The New York Times:

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/07/12/world/europe/pope-overhauls-vatican-laws.html?emc=tnt&tntemail0=y&_r=1&

Pope Francis has overhauled the laws that govern the Vatican City State, criminalizing leaks of Vatican information and specifically listing sexual violence, prostitution and possession of child pornography as crimes against children. The legislation approved Thursday covers people who live and work in Vatican City and is different from the canon law which covers the universal Roman Catholic Church.

Jesuits in the New World

Marie Arana (“Preparing for the Pope,”column, June 20) suggests that the Jesuits were expelled from Spanish domains because they fought for the rights of native populations. This is a rosy interpretation of history.

While some Jesuit missions provided indigenous populations a degree of protection, the main reason for the crown’s decision was the growth of the Jesuit order as a state within the state [emphasis added].

While Bartolomé de las Casas, a Dominican priest and the most influential critic of the Spanish treatment of indigenous populations in America, played an influential role in the Spanish crown’s adoption of laws that would protect these populations, he and the Jesuits did not challenge Spain’s right to impose its colonial domination over those populations, using war and forcible relocation if necessary, but instead furthered it on theological grounds.

They also agreed on the value of slave labor to supplement indigenous labor in mines and plantations. In fact, the Jesuits owned a considerable number of African slaves.

In Both Directions - Countering the Immigration Counter Reformation

The standard reaction against Mexican immigration into the U.S.A. is a trap somewhat akin to that of the government of Otto Von Bismarck against Polish peoples, largely out of fear of Roman Catholics.  Its a trap historically seen in places as Texas or East Prussia, for responding in a fearful manner designed to ultimately further Roman Catholic demographics.  Attack a largely Roman Catholic ethnic group to further their identity with that church, as did Bismarck., and infinity worse so via Hitler.

I say, welcome the Mexicans with open arms throughout the U.S.A. as Jesus would do- ultimately subverting Roman Catholicism via creating a friendly climate for conversions to various forms of Protestantism, including marriage to non-Mexicans further engendering the melting pot.  East Prussia had its Mazurians who where largely ethnically Polish yet German in self identity, and were Protestant.
http://www.politics.ie/forum/history/183990-mazurians-polands-protestant-tribe.html
http://sz-n.com/2012/03/the-riddle-of-polish-speaking-germans-a-short-history-of-the-mazurians/
Mazuria in People’s Poland:

The defeat of the Nazis was an unmitigated disaster for the Mazurian people, their plight graphically depicted in Wojciech Smarzowski’s film Róża (Rose). Mazurians were simply treated as the German ‘enemy’ by the victorious Red Army, and were murdered, imprisoned, dispossessed from their farms, forced into prison camps, and the women repeatedly raped, causing an epidemic of venereal disease. The establishment of Polish civilian rule brought no relief for the unfortunate Mazurians, and they were subjected to the negative propaganda of the Catholic church which equated ‘Polishness’ with Catholicism, and Protestantism with Germans. Many Mazurians insisted on identifying themselves as ‘Germans’, and only those willing to undergo a humiliating verification process to prove they were ‘Poles’ were allowed to remain in Poland.

The whole epoch of People’s Poland was simply one of continuous repression and ethnic cleansing for the Mazurian people. Communist party bosses wishing to build their own dachas in the beautiful Mazurian lakeland, forcibly sold farms owned by Mazurians, thus emptying several villages of their inhabitants. Protestant cemetaries were devastated, with anything written in German or Gothic script chiseled out. Even Protestant hymn books donated by Swedish churches were not allowed to enter Poland.

It is estimated that, out of a Mazurian population of around 600,000 at the start of World War 2, only around 6,000 people of Mazurian descent remain in Poland today.
Personal conclusions:
Some years ago, my wife and I went to stay with a German friend and his ‘German’ girlfriend. We all, as people these days generally do, spoke broken English with each other. Then, after a few days, the girl suddenly revealed a hitherto unknown ability to speak Polish, and from that point spoke to my wife in what was obviously her mother tongue. For me, as a native speaker of English, I find it inconceivable that I would speak to a fellow native speaker of English in any language other than English. What societal or psychological forces are at play to make others choose to hide or deny their ‘true’ ethnic identities?
Regarding the treatment of the Mazurians, I believe all people have the write to choose their own identities for themselves, and I believe no-one has the right to impose an unwanted identity on others. If Ulster Protestants see themselves as ‘British’, then no-one has the right to impose Irishness upon them, and if the Mazurians wanted to be ‘German’, then the choice was theirs alone to make.
Having said this, and fully respecting the decision to choose the German option in the 1920 plebiscite, their decision to enthusiastically support the N.S.D.A.P., a party that openly sought to eradicate the Poles as a people, can only be condemned, and their famous 1932 endorsement of the Nazis must go down as one of the most blatant examples in human history of turkeys voting for an early Christmas. All we can say in their defense is that, as a rural and largely unsophisticated people, they may not have been fully aware of what exactly they were voting for. But is collective punishment ever truly justified, and did the Mazurians deserve their grim fate in the aftermath of World War 2. ...
Mazurians and the Nazis:
Although many, if not most, felt more at home speaking their own Lechitic Slav dialect than German, and almost all had surnames betraying their Slavic roots, the majority of Mazurians fitted the ideal demographic profile for supporting the N.S.D.A.P. They were rural, unsophisticated, economically disadvantaged Protestants, living in a contested border area. Just as the sons of Ulster often appear more loyal to Britain than the British themselves, so the Mazurians attempted to be more loyal to Germany than the average German speaking German. In 1932, astonishingly, Mazuria was the region of Germany with the greatest percentage of votes for the Nazi party. That year, the N.S.D.A.P. received 37% of the vote in Germany as a whole, 47% in East Prussia, and 65% in Mazuria. In 1932, Hitler himself declared, “I do not belive there is another land in the whole of Germany with the loyalty of the Mazurians.”

You will not hear about the crimes of the driving out of the Mazurs (nor any of the other peoples expelled during the 1940s with the exception of the Palestinian peoples by exclusionary zionist militia forces during Israel's war for independence).  Yet their existence attests to the importance of factors asides from DNA (or ethnicity nor race) in the matter of identity of nationality.  Especially with Prussia, which got its name from its initial inhabitants who were conquered by the Teutonic order and either killed or assimilated into the influx of German and Polish settlers, and which became its own identity of the 'Prussians'.

Nor do we hear anything about the concept of immigration equality.  In other words, talk about Mexicans and other Spanish speaking countries into the U.S.A., but never the reverse, of people in the U.S. moving to Mexico.  As if its okay for people from overwhelmingly Roman Catholic countries to move into other places, but not with those from non Roman Catholic majority countries to move into the former.  Just twist the issue with both sides crafted to ultimately end up advancing the Roman Catholic demographics, as with WW2 and the U.S.-N.A.T.O. involvement in the breakup of Yugoslavia..

Address the immigration restrictions upon U.S.A. citizens into Mexico and other such nations, with "dial 1 for English, 2 for Spanish" and "dial 1 for Spanish, 2 for English" respectively on both sides of the U.S.-Mexican border.  With more U.S. citizens moving south of the border, their wealth moves with them to assist in the local economies, such as building and maintaining houses, and hence the increase in local property taxes to assist infrastructure development.

Do that and one has gone a significant way for explaining some of the reasons driving the Mexican and Central American immigration into the U.S.A., namely the poor economies there that would benefit from an influx of people from the U.S.A. and their wealth towards improving the economy there.

Continuing Counter Reformation Introduction
http://continuingcounterreformation.blogspot.com/2007/06/wlodimir-vladimir-ledochowski.html

After putting out this blog for just over 4 months about the U.S. government’s betrayal of its 1990s-2001 promise for a Washington, D.C. South Capitol Street-Frederick Douglass Mall, about 20+ black suited police, including Federal, on August 5, 2006, ambush me upon false pretext (non-existent traffic violations) … one of these officers comments to me that he has been “researching” me. I have no previous criminal record. [and the police video was "just grey static"]

There is a time line that suggests this was triggered through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security by those displeased with my writings questioning the role of Roman Catholic Church hierarchy in the planning for the South Capitol Street corridor, particularly regarding an apparent opposition to any relocation of that corridor’s sole nice building in the right of way for the new park: St. Vincent DePaul Church.

The Continuing RCC Sex Scandal Limited Hang-Out

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limited_hangout

A limited hangout, or partial hangout, is a public relations or propaganda technique that involves the release of previously hidden information in order to prevent a greater exposure of more important details. It takes the form of deception, misdirection, or coverup often associated with intelligence agencies involving a release or "mea culpa" type of confession of only part of a set of previously hidden sensitive information, that establishes credibility for the one releasing the information who by the very act of confession appears to be "coming clean" and acting with integrity; but in actuality, by withholding key facts, is protecting a deeper operation and those who could be exposed if the whole truth came out. In effect, if an array of offenses or misdeeds is suspected, this confession admits to a lesser offense while covering up the greater ones.

A limited hangout typically is a response to lower the pressure felt from inquisitive investigators pursuing clues that threaten to expose everything, and the disclosure is often combined with red herrings or propaganda elements that lead to false trails, distractions, or ideological disinformation; thus allowing covert or criminal elements to continue in their improper activities.

Victor Marchetti wrote: "A 'limited hangout' is spy jargon for a favorite and frequently used gimmick of the clandestine professionals. When their veil of secrecy is shredded and they can no longer rely on a phony cover story to misinform the public, they resort to admitting—sometimes even volunteering—some of the truth while still managing to withhold the key and damaging facts in the case. The public, however, is usually so intrigued by the new information that it never thinks to pursue the matter further."[1]

excerpt

Pulitzer Prize winning writer Michael D'Antonio deserves another one. Another Pulitzer prize, that is, for his new book, "Mortal Sins: Sex, Crime and the Era of Catholic Scandal." This work is a 343 page offering that with a flick of a switch floods light onto the dark side of the sex abuse scandals within the Catholic Church.

As D'Antonio reveals, the 2,000-year-old church, with its culture of secrecy and unlimited resources, covered-up thousands of cases of clergy abuse for over three decades. Bishops and cardinals used their influence at the highest levels of society around the world to suppress criminal investigations and deny victims both compensation and access to the truth.

The full story of the scandal is told for the first time as D'Antonio follows three major figures in the movement for victims' rights - a lawyer named Jeffrey Anderson, a victim named Barbara Blaine, and a whistleblower priest named Rev. Thomas Doyle who sacrifices his career to the cause of children who had been raped and molested by ordained men.

A comment:
Bradley Fittler:

If you think Mortal Sins tells the whole story you are also wrong. Read "Unholy Silence" by Father Kevin Lee to get inside the minds of abusers and read insights into the system that prevents them from being dealt with honestly. He has given up his priesthood to expose the charades in the Catholic Church in Australia. You will surely be shocked and not able to put the book down..  Reply Fave Share Flag
The focus on the sex scandals serves as a "limited hangout" from any further questioning of the Roman Catholic Church greater list of crimes against humanity, such as treating Europe as a geopolitical chessboard to be fought over via ever increasingly bloody wars.

FRANCISCANS HONOR SHIMON PERES

www.barrychamish.com
                                                             FRANCISCANS HONOR SHIMON PERES
                                                                              by Barry Chamish

Israeli President Shimon Peres visited Italy for 3 days in early May, 2013. His visit was a predictable betrayal of the Jews, beginning with his new Franciscan "peace" award:"

Peres will also hold a series of diplomatic meetings with the President and Prime Minister of Italy, and take part in a ceremony in the city of Assisi.
The mayor of Assisi, where hundreds of Franciscan monks live, will present its first-ever Medal of Honor for Peace to President Peres for his "unique contribution to dialogue and the cause of peace." At the ceremony he will receive the Medal of Honor for Peace and will be greeted by "hundreds of Franciscan monks" at the central Basilica, according to an official statement.

Those who know Peres acknowledge his, honestly, psychopathic need for medals and awards, to the point of bribing the Nobel committee for a prize:

Last week, Yoav Yitzhak, in the wide circulation newspaper Maariv, revealed that Peres gave Terje Larsen, the UN Middle East representative, $100,000 to secure him a Nobel Prize.
This week, David Bedein, writing in Makor Rishon, applied the coup de grace. He interviewed a member of the Nobel Prize Committee, Kaare Kristiansen, who not just confirmed the bribe but described Larsen's pressure on the committee in full detail.

But accepting made up accolades from the Franciscans is utterly insulting to anyone with a modicum of understanding of recent Jewish history. From the mid to late '40s, the Franciscans (along with the Dominicans), in what is known as Operation Paperclip, hid in their monasteries over a hundred thousand Nazis, before smuggling them to freedom worldwide. It is estimated that just the US received 30,000, largely Franciscan "refugees."
So while in Italy, naturally Peres lavished in the praises of the Nazi saviors and then was practically smothered by a pope, not named like many believe after a talking mule, but by the very same church leader that the Franciscans honor, Francis I:

No sooner had Bergoglio taken office, than Peres invited the new pope to visit Israel, asking him to contribute to peace as a spiritual, rather than a political, leader. He'll be a welcome guest in the Holy Land, as a man of inspiration who can add to the attempt to bring peace in a stormy area," Peres said."All people here, without exception, without difference of religion or nationality, will welcome the newly elected pope."

Now why would Peres offer such a deceitful invitation? Could it be because:

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=586&ncid=586&e=3&u=/nm/20030722/wl_nm/mideast_jerusalem_dc
Peres Raises 'World Capital' Solution for Jerusalem
JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Shimon Peres, the head of Israel's opposition Labor Party, has suggested resolving Israeli-Palestinian conflict over Jerusalem by putting its holy sites under U.N. stewardship, a spokesman said Tuesday.
His plan calls for declaring a holy area of sites sacred to Jews, Christians and Muslims in Jerusalem's old walled city as a "world capital," with the U.N. Secretary-General serving as mayor.

To those who understand the perfidy of the Israeli President, they recall his royal welcome to the previous Nazi pope:

Francis's predecessor Benedict XVI visited the Holy Land and met Peres in 2009.
CARDINAL RATZINGER WAS THE "PREFECT OF THE CONGREGATION", THAT IS, THE CHIEF INQUISITOR.

In a remarkable coverup, the fact that nazi youth member Yosef Ratzinger voluntarily joined the Wehrmacht and willingly risked his life for Hitler, somehow escaped the notice of the truly dumbed-down Israeli people, except for an outraged Dr. Daisy Stern:

http://israeltruthtimes.blogspot.com/2009/03/perfect-crime-vaticans-plot-to-rob-am_31.html

NOBODY HEARS A PEEP about what's  going on: we just find out that BENEDICT XVI is coming for a visit to Israel. ONLY 10 million dollars used to prepare for his visit, among others 6 million NIS, one for every Jew killed in the Holocaust, to RENOVATE CATHOLIC HOLY PLACES. Among others, the CENACLE, which until now had BARE WALLS, because NO PARAPHERNALIA OF IDOL WORSHIP ARE ALLOWED IN A YESHIVA -that is, the Diaspora Yeshiva of Har Tzion. But no worry: RENOVATIONS HAVE ALREADY BEGUN THERE. With other words, the PROPERTIES are being READIED for the pope's arrival, turned into proper Catholic shrines, Jewish or not.

Let her provide the background to Peres' Franciscan triumph in Assisi:

http://israeltruthtimes.blogspot.com/2009/03/secret-machinations-of-vatican-and-its_26.html

So let's see what Shimon Peres and Yossi Beilin concocted in 1993, the year of the Oslo Accords, with the help of the Meshumad (apostate) Israeli, Franciscan "Father" David Yaeger, representative of the Vatican and specialist of Canon Law (apparently, the process started in 1992, pretty much at the time of Rabin and Peres's election, and PRECEDED the OSLO agreement). In what is described as a much more important accord than the Oslo Accords themselves, called the FUNDAMENTAL AGREEMENT of 1993, these negotiators, who were not even empowered by the Israeli Government under Rabin to do so - the Knesset never ratified the agreement -, signed a document, which was also signed by the Vatican representatives. This document contained three major points:

I.
Normalization of relations between the Vatican and Israel- i.e., full diplomatic relations -

2. To be seen in the WIDER CONTEXT OF IMPROVED CATHOLIC -JEWISH RELATIONS (i.e. pogroms, Inquisition, Holocaust, etc. relinquished, replaced instead by a newly found "friendship" worldwide), and -

3.
Relationship between the Vatican and Israel as regards legal status of Church properties, taxation, return of properties the Church considers HERS.

Having negotiated an eventual handover by Israel of all Vatican "holy" sites, Peres is off and running this year by manipulating the turnover of the Last Supper room to the Franciscans:

http://www.israelnationalnews.com/Articles/Article.aspx/12814#.USKyVfL-uSq

An historic agreement has been drafted between Israel and the Vatican. The Israeli authorities have granted the Pope an official seat in the room where the Last Supper is believed to have taken place, on Mount Zion in Jerusalem, and where David and Solomon, Jewish kings of Judea, are considered by some researchers, to also be buried. It is the culmination of a long campaign by the Catholic Church to regain religious stewardship over the place where Jesus is supposed to have broken bread and drunk wine with his disciples on the eve of his crucifixion. This is an enormous issue pushed through without any public debate. According to our sources, the agreement, which is expected to be ratified next June, gives the Pope a special authority over the second floor of the building, so that Christian pilgrims will be able to celebrate religious functions like Pope John Paul did in 2000...The Catholic Church has long wanted control over part of the area on Mt. Zion so as to turn it into an international religious center for Catholics. The blueprint of the agreement reads as follows: The Vatican hands over this use of the Cenacle to the Custody of the Holy Land which will keep the Cenacle open from 6 AM to 8 AM for the celebration of the Holy Mass..The Custody of the Holy Land, the Franciscan order who, with Vatican approval, is in charge of the holy sites, campaigns with the Arabs against Israel...The Vatican wants the Jews out of the Old City and apparently Israel's government is agreeing with them.

Now we know why the Franciscans so honored Peres at Assisi.

Readers, I am applying for a green card, a long and expensive process. Honestly, without readers like H.F. I wouldn't have taken on this arduous process. I could use your help. But there is more.
My colleague Brian Bunn, also a computer technician, dropped by this week. I asked him to cure a complaint from readers who are saying my DVDs aren't working right in their machines. To solve this problem, I'll have to invest in a new burner and spurn paper labels for a print on the DVD program. It's harder than my technical knowledge can absorb right now, but if you pitch in, I'll pitch back with a collection of 10 DVDs.

EVERYONE loves my new book The Stinger Not The Stung:

"Is the Virgin Mary Alive?"

Regarding an overly prideful, demonic 'Mother of War"?

Can Pope Francis finish the job that Benedict began?

In October of 1999, at the end of a meeting of departmental chiefs in the Vatican, I confronted Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger and challenged him. The meeting was meant to discuss available options for dealing with the already-burgeoning international crisis of sexual abuse. Everyone in that room aimed for justice, especially for the victims, but also for the accused. Ratzinger was leading the curial push to decisively deal with perpetrators who were still a threat because of some weak-minded administrators and their policy to move criminals first to treatment and then back into ministry.

I had been invited by the Congregation for Clergy to present an ethical analysis of the extrajudicial, administrative practices used by the church to prosecute cases of clerical sexual abuse. At that meeting, I highlighted the risks of violating the natural right to a fair trial. The cardinals expressed differences of opinion regarding their concern for the rights of the accused and the terrible wounds of the victims who had been abused by those whom they had held in sacred trust. Despite his gentleness, Ratzinger demonstrated deep determination to satisfy justice.

Ratzinger did not aim for a middle place between the competing interests of the victims and of the accused, but to ascertain the truth, reach a verdict, and impose a just penalty, all while doing everything possible to heal the victims and repair the damage done to the church and society. After noting my concern for judicial due process, he indicated his unshakeable commitment to do everything possible to root out abusive clergy, fully cognizant that he could be criticized by canon lawyers for eliminating traditional steps in ecclesiastical trials designed to protect the rights of the accused.

That moment in 1999 was an emergency. The problem was even worse than it appeared. First under John Paul, Ratzinger drafted new norms, extended statutes of limitations, and even offered dispensations from the retroactive statutes of limitations in the case of the most grievous crimes committed against minors.

Once elected pope, Benedict continued the reform. He revised the church’s penal law and sharpened its teeth to make sure that no criminal could evade sanction. He created tribunals, met with victims and purified the ranks of clergy from those who might hurt the young. He held judicial trials and removed more than a 1,000 from the priesthood and several from the episcopacy. Towards the end of his papacy, in 2010, Benedict again reformed church law to empower a tribunal to hear cases brought against bishops and cardinals.

Benedict is rightly known for uplifting men and women of good will by preaching that God is love and Jesus is divine Logos incarnate. Benedict also taught about the dark side of humanity. “Evil,” he once stated “draws its power from indecision and concern for what other people think.” He had experienced the malignancy of the Nazi regime and reconfirmed his commitment to sweep out the filth from the Bride of Christ.

Upon retirement, Benedict explained that he no longer enjoyed the needed vigor, of body and spirit, to govern the church. He stepped aside so that a younger man might continue the task and follow through with reform of church governance.

Now, the world observes the eloquent gestures in these first few weeks of Pope Francis, while wondering whether the new pope will continue Benedict’s reform. Francis has already shown the world the Christ-like characteristics that the cardinals, inspired by the Holy Spirit, had been seeking for the new pope.

In his third tweet, Pope Francis stated: “True power is service. The pope must serve all people, especially the poor, the weak, the vulnerable.” And when archbishop in Buenos Aires, Bergoglio commented on the responsibility of bishops regarding priests who have committed sexual abuse.

“You must never look away” he said. “You cannot be in a position of power and use it to destroy the life of another person.” It would be a mistake, he added, to put the church’s reputation first, in a “corporate spirit … to avoid damaging the image of the institution.”

After meeting for the first time with Archbishop Mueller, the head of the Vatican’s office responsible for prosecuting culpable clerics, whether priests, bishops, or even cardinals, Francis publicly confirmed his commitment to continue Benedict’s efforts to protect minors, assist victims of abuse, prosecute criminals according to due process, and to help bishops’ conferences around the world to implement the “necessary directives in this area that is so important for the church’s witness and credibility.”

Cardinals have confided that when deliberating in the Sistine Chapel, they were looking for a pope who could lead a reform of the Vatican while continuing Benedict’s policy of zero tolerance for sexual abuse. Benedict’s new laws specify how to satisfy justice and guarantee accountability within the church by bringing to trial even the highest ranking clerics accused of abuse of power, whether by sexual or financial crimes. In a mystical apparition, Jesus told St. Francis of Assisi to repair his church. All signs point to a Pope Francis ready to keep cleaning the house of God.

Rev Gahl's vision of what Ratzinger did is not the image that took hold in the Church. He failed to bring justice to victims, to assure they were treated with respect, dignity, and love. He failed to hold sex abusers accountable. And the reason he failed is because he did not hold bishops accountable for their poor handling of either one.

It seems, based on the latest stories of a fumbling bishop, that the bishops got his real message clear enough. Ratzinger acted if they talked about women priests or optional clerical celibacy. As for the sex abuse scandal, as long as the bishop was not the sex abuser, the bishop was safe no matter what he did. I think the U.S. bishops, and perhaps those in Australia, did get Gahl's message of assuring due process for the priests - because they did not get the message about justice for the victims.

Maybe Francis will see that he must act to bring credibility back to the Church by holding bishops accountable.

Continue what Ratzinger started? What a question? The only thing Ratzie started was to continue the same agenda as all the other Popes before him. I'm sure the new pope Francis will do exactly the same. Only difference is a personality that is trying to be so very HUMBLE. Unlike the" his own cologne and Prada shoe wearing" undercover old pope.

Russia's Message Against Further Seperatism?

Chechen insurgents deny any link to marathon bombing

http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/04/19/17828180-chechen-insurgents-deny-any-link-to-marathon-bombing?lite

The militant group responsible for the Chechen insurgency cast doubt Friday on allegations that the two known suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing – who are of Chechen origin – carried out the attacks.

The official media arm of the Chechen mujahedeen, the Kavkaz Center, published a blog post that suggested the investigation into Monday’s deadly attack is part of an anti-Chechnya “PR campaign.”

The Kavkaz Center mocked the "lightning speed" at which the two known suspects in the attack on the Boston Marathon – Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, who was at large on Friday,  and his brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, who was killed in a firefight with law enforcement – were identified. The group called the investigation "completely muddled.”

Since the collapse of the Soviet Union in December 1991, Chechen fighters have waged a violent struggle against the Kremlin, leading to two bloody wars and the loss of hundreds of thousands of civilian lives.

In a translation of the blog provided by Evan Kohlmann, an NBC News security analyst, the Chechens questioned the logic that the Tsarnaev brothers could be terrorists because their actions seemed so ham-handed.

“The news that the brothers attacked police officers, carjacked a man and did an array of other things, instead of going into hiding, looks strange at the very least,” the article said.

The blog also argued that the younger brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was “very far from your typical ‘Islamic terrorist.’ He named career and money as his main credo. What's more, he just logged onto his Russian social networking site a few hours ago.”

Chechen insurgents have claimed responsibility for a series of dramatic kidnappings and attacks, including on a hospital in southern Russia, a Moscow theater in 2002 (where all 40 insurgents and 130 out of some 800 hostages were killed by noxious gas pumped into the theater by Russian commandos), and a school in Beslan, Russia (where over 380 people, including several hundred children died in what critics called a heavy-handed “rescue attempt” by Russian police).

If a connection between the marathon bombing suspects and Chechen separatists was established, it would mark the first time militants from the former Soviet republic have launched a deadly attack outside Russia.

The insurgency’s blog concluded that the campaign to implicate a Chechen connection was likely orchestrated by Russia’s President Vladamir Putin ahead of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, a Russian Black Sea resort which is located only a few hundred miles from the border with Chechnya.

Putin has long justified repression in the region as attacks on so-called “separatists” and “terrorists.”

The blog also noted that the spokesperson for Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of the Chechen Republic and a former rebel, wasn’t even taking phone calls because he didn’t want to talk about the events in Boston.

In a passionate interview with reporters Friday, the brothers’ uncle, Ruslan Tsarni, also vehemently denied that there was any connection to the Chechen insurgency.

“This has nothing to do with Chechnya. Chechens are peaceful people,” he said.

Tsarni insisted that the young men’s actions were apolitical and offered his own explanation for them. “Being losers, hatred to those who were able to settle themselves, these are the only reasons I can imagine of. Anything else, anything else to do with religion, with Islam – it’s a fraud, it’s a fake.”
